The ELDE always stops workpiece carriers based on a predetermined deceleration value, which means that the speed is reduced in a quasi-linear manner.
The damping process is therefore particularly gentle, which is why the ELDE is particularly suitable for stopping sensitive transport goods, such as batteries with fresh adhesives, and liquids.
The ELDE can always dampen optimally in the range of 5 – 300 kg without having to be set to the exact pallet weight beforehand – varying weights, including empty pallets, are no problem for it. Only the speed of the workpiece carrier is relevant for the damping behavior.
