Successor to the FESTO Checkbox
The most important points summarized for you:
•Dimensions and assembly:
– Fastening 1:1 via dovetail adapter (as with the Checkbox Compact)
– Possibly lower height
– Approx. 7mm wider
•Optical image ratio:
– 1:1 as with the Checkbox Compact!
•Test programs and teaching:
– Scope and functions as before
– This means that existing test programs can be used 1:1 for the Checkbox-Compact
N!
•Test software:
– 1:1 as with the Checkbox software you know
•Parameterization software:
– CheckKon and CheckOpti 1:1 as before
– currently runs on WIN 11 and later
– downwards compatible with the Checkbox-Compact N (with Ethernet interface).
This ensures that you can continue to use the configuration software for these old
devices in the future.
•Electronics:
– No special electronics, use of standard components
– Standard line scan camera (same sensor size and same resolution as before)
– Standard IPC
– Standard HDMI display
•I/O interface:
– All previous I/Os are available in the range of functions.
– The exact design of the interface (connector) has not yet been finally defined.
•Supply chain:
– Various suppliers: This makes planning and design with a second source possible in
order to have alternative options in the event of supply bottlenecks
•Open system:
– This means that it is open in the future for customer-specific wishes, requirements
and extensions.
