What’s new in EyeVision 4.4?
Advanced AI and training interface: EyeVision 4.4 builds on our existing AI technology with more pre-trained networks and a new training interface that simplifies transfer learning.
Expanded Hardware Support: EyeVision 4.4 now supports an expanded range of hardware, including Coral, Hailo, and the NXP platform. Enhanced support for CUDA and OpenGL ensures faster and more efficient training and inference, critical for industries that demand speed and accuracy. In addition, EyeVision 4.4 integrates new 3D sensors such as SSNT and offers new customizations for AVT, Mechmind, ZIVID implementations, and Precitec sensors, increasing the system’s versatility.
Seamless Robot Integration: Integration with ROS 2 (Robot Operating System) provides a new control interface that simplifies robot integration and operation. A robot customization tool based on a robot plug-in interface has also been added to help users customize and integrate their robotic systems more easily.
Advanced 3D CAD capabilities: Users can now accurately capture point clouds by comparing STL or STEP files. The enhanced 3D toolset provides robust filtering, pre-processing, and measurement capabilities that significantly improve accuracy and workflow efficiency.
New GUI Designer: An all-new GUI designer allows users to create professional-looking interfaces quickly and easily, improving the overall user experience and productivity.
Improved CPK Module: The CP and CPK statistical calculation module has been significantly enhanced, providing users with more accurate and efficient calculations to seamlessly prove the machine’s process capability.
Expanded communication support: EyeVision 4.4 supports a wider variety of communication models, including OPC UA, UMATI, ProfiNet, ModBus and Modbus IP, EthernetIP, and EtherCAT, facilitating seamless machine/SCADA integration and interoperability.
