Your tasks:

• The disciplinary management of one of our design teams, as well as their individual advancement Strategic acquisition of new customers and cultivation of existing customers to expand our market position.
• Acquisition of development projects from new and existing customers
• Ensuring a regionally sustainable market penetration and expansion of our customer base
• Implementation of the corporate strategy with focused portfolio expansion of our engineering services
• Regular reporting directly to the management

Your profile:

• Completed studies in a technical field (mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics or similar), alternatively you have a technician’s degree with relevant professional experience
• Initial professional experience in the field of demanding technical services with the application of complex contracts for work and services or also employee leasing
• Strong ability to establish new contacts and build long-term relationships
• Independent working style, negotiation skills, reliability and enjoyment of joint successes
