Your tasks:
– Processing orders for all departments
– Ensuring a smooth procurement process, in particular
– Monitoring and maintaining the expected order confirmations
– Filing the order documentation in the system
– Independent processing of purchasing-specific tasks such as
Supplier master data creation and info record maintenance
– Handling the returns process for returns
– Monitoring the delivery date situation and complaints about the delivery
– Handling inquiries in accordance with internal specifications
– Communication with the specialist departments and suppliers
