Your typical day
Automation and optimization: Start the day with the challenge of automating and optimizing testing and calibration processes for our innovative products.
Software development: Develop and maintain the production software from the initial idea to successful implementation. Your code gets our machines up and running and ensures that everything works smoothly.
Commissioning and verification: Take responsibility for the installation and operational commissioning of the production software and carry out systematic verifications.
Technical support: Solve technical problems in real time and provide support during the testing processes to ensure high operational readiness and efficiency.
Continuous improvement: Your afternoon could be spent further developing test facilities and improving maintenance strategies to keep our systems up to date and guarantee optimal performance.
Your profile
You have completed a STEM degree or a technical vocational training in the field of electrical engineering or computer science.
You have in-depth knowledge of measurement and system technology and are well versed in programming languages such as C/C++ and Visual Basic. You also have knowledge of TCP, OPC-UA, RS-232, SQL and MQTT.
Your soft skills include strong teamwork skills, a quick grasp of things, independence and organizational talent. You work analytically and systematically to develop solutions to complex problems.
You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.

At the Lorch site, we have been developing and producing electromechanical joining systems, torque sensors and electronic devices used in industrial production for energy efficiency with 170 employees since 2006. In our AVOR Process Engineering department, we are responsible for the planning, creation, optimization and maintenance of electrical and electronic test equipment, test systems and test software at the Lorch Production Center.
To expand our Production Engineering team, we are looking for an experienced and communicative person with an affinity for change.
