Your tasks:
First and second level support for CODESYS products and PLC applications
Supporting customers during commissioning
Independent recording of support requests via our helpdesk system
Analyzing problems and providing efficient solutions
Configuration of test systems and use for error analysis
Supporting our customers regarding questions about our software products
Your profile:
Degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or a comparable training with a technical background
Sound knowledge of automation and drive technology as well as PC technology and PLC programming
Programming skills in the languages of IEC 61131-3
Knowledge of network topologies and fieldbus systems
Customer and service-oriented mindset and working style
Teamwork and strong communication skills
Good written and spoken German and English skills
Basic knowledge of Linux systems is an advantage
