Your tasks
– Play an active role in shaping the energy transition and work on automation concepts for renewable energy (combined heat and power plants, battery storage, hybrid power plants, hydropower and much more)
– Development and commissioning of customer-specific controller applications based on the Bachmann automation portfolio
– Customer consulting and training for existing and new hardware and software products
– Analysis of customer requirements and creation of technical solution concepts together with the sales department
– Configuration of controller devices, fieldbuses and visualization devices
– Development and implementation of system tests and test environments

What you bring with you
– Degree in electrical engineering/automation technology, mechanical engineering/mechatronics or a comparable qualification
– Sound knowledge in the field of automation technology with regard to programming and fieldbus systems
– Knowledge of programming modern PLC solutions in IEC 61131 or C/C++ required
– Experience with modeling tools such as Matlab/Simulink desirable
– Very good communication skills and confident and successful interaction with customers at all levels
– A structured way of working, good time management and the ability to work in a team round off your profile
– Willingness to travel (30%) and class B driver’s license
– Good knowledge of German and English
