– Technical support and service-oriented support for our customers
– Customer advice and support with technical and product-specific questions
– Processing service tickets in the internal support department
– Carrying out error analyses on customer applications (remote or on-site)
– Analyzing customer requirements and creating technical solution concepts
– Customer consulting and training for existing and new hardware and software products
– Configuration of control devices, fieldbuses and visualization devices
– Supporting customers in the implementation of controller applications based on the Bachmann automation portfolio
– Creation of practice-oriented application descriptions
What you bring with you
– Degree in electrical engineering/automation technology, mechanical engineering/mechatronics or a comparable qualification
– Sound knowledge in the field of automation technology with regard to programming and fieldbus systems
– Programming skills in IEC 61131, C/C++
– Very good communication skills and confident and successful interaction with customers at all levels
– Ability to use a creative approach to deliver specific solutions to the customer’s needs
– A structured way of working, good time management and the ability to work in a team round off your profile
– Willingness to travel internationally from time to time
– Very good knowledge of German and English
